Pregnancy week 28 — Birth

In this Hap­py­Box #3 are all the es­sen­tial pro­ducts for the 3rd and last tri­mes­ter of pregnancy (SSW28 — birth).

In the last tri­mes­ter it gets more and more ex­haus­ting for the pregnant wo­man, so there are many ef­fec­tive hel­pers in the Hap­py­Box. We have a “swol­len leg re­mo­ver”, a com­bi­na­tion of foot bath and coo­ling foot balm. We are get­ting more and more feed­back from our pregnant wo­men that the foot balm is also great for a foot mas­sage from your part­ner 😉 To keep back pain in check, we have in­cluded the belly belt, which can ea­sily be worn over or un­der clo­thes. Our or­ga­nic teas are de­si­gned in the third and last tri­mes­ter to re­li­eve he­artb­urn and other dis­com­fort. Also, from SSW 36, we have ad­ded a birth-pre­pa­ring tea that con­ta­ins raspberry leaves.

For the well­ness fee­ling, we have in­cluded a great belly mask from Mom­my­Spa. The na­tu­ral cos­me­tics-ba­sed mask pro­vi­des ex­tra mois­ture and streng­thens the skin’s effectively.

As al­ways, the pro­ducts are cho­sen with care, ad­vice from mid­wi­ves and a fo­cus on qua­lity and sustainability.

Re­cently, we ad­ded the Ber­lin-ba­sed start-up BIDETLITY . The por­ta­ble in­ti­mate shower is sus­tainable, prac­ti­cal and pretty. We al­re­ady find it useful du­ring the last weeks of pregnancy, but espe­ci­ally in the post­par­tum pe­riod. We will de­li­ver the shower to you with a nice wall mount, so you can ea­sily hang it in the bath­room. The in­ti­mate shower re­mains useful even af­ter the post­par­tum, espe­ci­ally du­ring mens­trua­tion or sim­ply for the daily well­be­ing of your fe­male parts.

Belly Mask

Nicly huge by now, the skin can apprear tense. Ap­ply the nou­ris­hing cream mask of or­ga­nic co­coa but­ter, prickly pear seed and ma­rula seed oil, aloe vera juice and green clay evenly and let it ab­sorb for 10–15′ (su­per time pe­riod for the foot bath). Then gently mas­sage or wipe off (ex­tra tip — make mask in the evening and let it ab­sorb overnight).

Foot Balm

For the wo­men ex­pe­ri­en­cing swol­len legs, the foot balm from We­leda is a real treat. Best to ap­ply af­ter the foot bath, so the coo­ling ef­fect lasts a little lon­ger. For the wo­men who for­t­u­na­tely have less swol­len feet, en­joy the smooth feet.

Muskateller-Massageöl

Start­ing from week 34 as pre­pa­ra­tion for birth. It sup­ports the re­duc­tion of pe­ri­neal te­ars and can speed up he­al­ing af­ter birth. You can find in­s­truc­tions here: Damm­mas­sage

Organic tea for the 3rd Trimester

The or­ga­nic tea from tee­werk im­pro­ves di­ges­ti­ons and helps to re­lax. It con­ta­ins le­mon balm, cha­mo­mile, mal­low lea­ves, fen­nel, green oats, lady’s man­tle and yarrow

Supporting Belt

Slowly it be­co­mes heavy, for some more than others. At­tach the ad­jus­ta­ble strap ac­cor­ding to in­s­truc­tions and pro­vide a little re­lief for the back.

Organic tea for birth preparation

Start­ing from week 36, this tea sup­ports the pre­pa­ra­tion for child­birth. It con­ta­ins raspberry lea­ves, le­mon balm and lady’s man­tle. Espe­ci­ally the raspberry lea­ves many mid­wi­ves men­tion na­tu­ral la­bor stimulant.

Foot bath

The feet are heavy and swol­len, a cool salt bath helps. Dis­solve salt in hot wa­ter, and fill with cold / warm (de­pen­ding on the sea­son) so that the feet are well co­vered. Com­for­ta­bly en­joy the foot bath for 10–15′, drink tea at the same time and/or let the mask take effect.

    Die Box ist auch wie­der su­per schön mit viel Liebe ver­packt wor­den. Ich bin nun im 3. Tri­mes­ter und freue mich die Pro­dukte täg­lich zu ver­wen­den! Die 2. Tri­mes­ter Box war schon toll und hilf­reich. Freue mich auf die wei­te­ren Produkte!

  2. Giu­lia (ve­ri­fied ow­ner) –

    Nach­dem die zweite Box so toll war, habe ich mich umso mehr auf die 3. ge­freut. Da ich ei­nes der stan­dard­mäs­sig ent­hal­te­nen Pro­dukte be­reits kannte und nicht meins war, wur­den mir zwei su­per Er­satz­pro­dukte bei­gelegt, wor­auf ich mich schon freue sie aus­zu­pro­bie­ren. Die Hap­py­Box war wie­der wun­der­voll ver­packt und an die­ser Än­de­rung des In­halts hab ich auch ge­merkt, dass je­des Pa­ket in­di­vi­du­ell ver­packt wird, da so­gar das Schrei­ben mit den Pro­dukt­be­schrei­bun­gen dem an­ge­passt wurde. Ich kann diese Bo­xen je­der Schwan­ge­ren nur emp­feh­len, sie sind als klei­nes Ge­schenk an si­cher sel­ber oder zum Ver­schen­ken super.
