In our Star­ter­Box for the 1st tri­mes­ter of pregnancy (week1-13) we thought of ever­y­thing a wo­man needs for a suc­cessful start into her pregnancy:

  • The oil con­ta­ins al­mond, sun­flower, wheat germ, evening prim­rose and hemp oil, as well as la­ven­der, ner­oli, rose, ho-sho, rosewood.
  • In the be­gin­ning of your pregnancy your breast will grow quickly and these bra ex­ten­ders are the per­fect so­lu­tion to not con­stantly buy new bras. It will serve you again du­ring the first days of breast fee­ding when the breast are ad­jus­ting to the right volume.
  • tee­werk has crea­ted a great or­ga­nic tea for the Hap­py­Box, which helps to re­duce nau­sea and im­pro­ves your well­be­ing in the first weeks of pregnancy. Pep­per­mint, cha­mo­mile, fen­nel, gin­ger, green oat tea and lady’s man­tle are in­cluded in the blend. We will send it to you with a tea infuser.
  • Cherry pit pil­low that we in­ten­tio­nally fil­led with less pits and pro­du­ced in an elon­ga­ted shape. Hea­ted, it is su­per hel­pful against neck pain, ab­do­mi­nal cramps or first con­trac­tions. We also re­com­mend to use it cold as a re­lief for swol­len legs.
  • Gin­ger pas­til­les, as quick and in­con­spi­cuous hel­pers in case of sud­den nausea.
  • Note­book for all the plan­ning and to help with the well-known ba­by­brain (not kid­ding your, it hap­pens to most wo­men and of­ten lasts un­til af­ter breastfeeding).

We would highly re­com­mend to add pregnancy vit­amins and Omega 3 if your are not ta­king it al­re­ady. These are of­ten pre­scri­bed by your doc­tor, if not please find them here:

Pam­per yours­elf with our StarterBox

Stretch mark oil

Bahn­hof-Apo­theke crea­ted this great and plea­sant smel­ling oil. It in­cludes al­mond, sun­flower, wheat germ, evening prim­rose and hemp oil, as well as la­ven­der, ner­oli, rose, Ho-Sho and ro­se­wood. Mas­sage the oil as of­ten as pos­si­ble espe­ci­ally onto areas that stretch a lot. Tip: al­ways ap­ply to slightly damp skin, then it is ab­sor­bed faster.

Bra Extenders

In the be­gin­ning of your pregnancy your breast will grow quickly and these bra ex­ten­ders are the per­fect so­lu­tion to not con­stantly buy new bras. It will serve you again du­ring the first days of breast fee­ding when the breast are ad­jus­ting to the right volume.

Organic tea for the 1st Trimester

tee­werk has crea­ted a great or­ga­nic tea for the Hap­py­Box, which helps to re­duce nau­sea and im­pro­ves your well­be­ing in the first weeks of pregnancy. Pep­per­mint, cha­mo­mile, fen­nel, gin­ger, green oat tea and lady’s man­tle are in­cluded in the blend.

Cherry pit pillow

The most faithful com­pa­n­ion du­ring pregnancy — the cherry pit pil­low. It can be used both hot and cold. Hot: put it in the pre­hea­ted oven (90 °) for 10–15 mi­nu­tes. Warm it is sui­ta­ble for neck and back ten­sion, ab­do­mi­nal pain and also for the first contractions.

Cold: Put it, wrap­ped in a pla­s­tic bag, for 1–2 hours in the free­zer. It be­co­mes a su­per re­medy for thick legs or aching breasts.

At­ten­tion: If the pil­low is too hot or too cold, do not put it di­rectly on your skin and please do not leave it un­at­ten­ded as long as it is hot.

Ginger pastilles

Quick hel­per for sud­den on­set of nau­sea wi­t­hout others to realise.

Tea infuser

Un­fort­u­na­tely, you can’t en­joy the ama­zing tea from tee­werk wi­t­hout a tea egg — so we’ll gift you one.
